Pesticide Product Manager

1. Deeply explore user needs and independently complete product planning according to the company's product strategy.

2. Evaluate product cost accounting based on market demand, write proposals, and submit evaluation reports.

3. Be able to independently complete data analysis, organize data reports, and analyze data proportions.

4. Responsible for optimizing and developing the company's existing project products and handling collaboration negotiations.

5. Conduct market research and field experiments to gather first-hand information.

6. Coordinate product planning, scheduling, and production among the marketing team and other departments.

7. Plan promotional activities and provide internal and external product application training.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong technical expertise in insecticides and fungicides.

2. Capable of product planning, independently handling all tasks from market research to product production and launch.

3. Experience in marketing, with abilities in both offline and online multi-channel promotion planning and execution.

4. Experience in field experiments and demonstrations, with some teaching ability to explain and train others on products.

5. Hardworking, diligent, meticulous, able to follow company arrangements, willing to travel frequently, and must work in the office on non-travel days.

6. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over five years of experience as a product manager or in pesticide sales.

7. Strong professional ethics, career-minded, and able to handle short- and mid-term travel.

8. Strong skills in analysis, communication, organization, and verbal expression, good writing foundation, able to independently create product copy, proficient in PPT and other office software, and familiar with basic online marketing tools.
